Don Alexis Red Wine Natural. Red wine up front, then plum and blackberry take over, with a streak of cocoa nibs and a pinch of nutmeg on the back end. Body so silky it coats the cup.
Grown at 1,750–2,000m by Don Alexis Coffee in Tablón del Guarco, Los Santos. Whole cherries, thermic fermentation, sun-dried, same process as our other Don Alexis lot, pushed further into red wine and spice instead of tropical fruit.
Brewed daily in our cafés.
