Because we sell freshly roasted coffee, our return policy is intentionally limited.
1. COFFEE PRODUCTS
For hygiene and quality reasons:
- Opened coffee cannot be returned
- Unopened coffee can be returned within 14 days of delivery
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
2. NON-COFFEE PRODUCTS
Merchandise and accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused.
3. REFUNDS
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos at:

5. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.
