Luuk's Coffee is a specialty coffee brand based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We roast coffee in small batches and sell our products through our online store and physical cafés.

2. Products & Availability

Our coffees are freshly roasted and seasonal by nature. Product availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Product images are indicative. Minor variations in packaging or labeling may occur.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-supported payment providers. Luuk's Coffee does not store full payment details.

4. Orders & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or external factors. Luuk's Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee:

- Opened coffee products cannot be returned or refunded

- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occur. Luuk's Coffee reserves the right to correct inaccuracies without prior notice.

7. Liability

Luuk's Coffee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or enjoyment.

Our total liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
