At Luuk's Coffee, we roast coffee in small batches and ship it as fresh as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order is delivered.

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All orders are shipped from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where our coffee is roasted and packed.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to:

- The Netherlands

- European Union countries

If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us at hello@luukscoffee.com.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Because we roast in small batches, your coffee may be roasted shortly before shipping. This ensures optimal freshness, not speed at the expense of quality.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES (ESTIMATED)

- Netherlands: 1–2 business days

- European Union: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, location, or external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Any free shipping thresholds or promotions will be clearly shown during checkout.

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your delivery.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ship promptly, Luuk's Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Shipping carriers

- Customs processing

- Weather conditions

- High-volume periods

If your order seems unusually delayed, please contact us and we’ll help where possible.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For EU orders, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

If regulations change or special circumstances apply, any additional charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Luuk's Coffee cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping costs may apply.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery)

- Include your order number and photos if applicable
