Refund policy

At Luuk's Coffee, we focus on freshness and quality. Because we sell freshly roasted coffee, our returns policy is intentionally limited and clearly defined below.
COFFEE PRODUCTS (FRESHLY ROASTED)
Due to hygiene, food safety regulations, and the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee:
- Opened coffee products cannot be returned or refunded
- Unopened coffee products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
To be eligible for a return, coffee must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
This policy is in line with EU consumer regulations for perishable goods.
NON-COFFEE PRODUCTS (MERCHANDISE & ACCESSORIES)
Non-coffee items such as merchandise or accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused
- The item is in original condition and packaging
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please contact us at hello@luukscoffee.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the package and products
Email us at hello@luukscoffee.com and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the item is defective or incorrect, Luuk's Coffee will cover return shipping costs
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Opened coffee products
- Gift cards
- Items returned outside the 14-day window
