These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Luuk's Coffee website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. ABOUT LUUK'S COFFEE

Luuk's Coffee is a specialty coffee brand based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
We roast coffee in small batches and sell it online and in our physical cafés.

2. PRODUCTS

Our coffees are freshly roasted and seasonal by nature. Availability may change and we reserve the right to adjust or discontinue products at any time.

Product images are indicative. Minor differences in packaging or labeling may occur.

3. PRICES & PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify-approved payment providers. Luuk's Coffee never stores full payment details.

4. ORDERS & SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Luuk's Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or external factors.

5. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Due to the perishable nature of freshly roasted coffee:

- Opened coffee products cannot be returned

- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law

6. LIABILITY

Luuk's Coffee is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of enjoyment or profit.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Luuk's Coffee and may not be used without written permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of the Netherlands.
