They focus on circular farming: using processing byproducts as fertilizer, planting avocado trees to protect soil health, and preserving over half of their land as natural habitat.
The decaffeination is done using EA derived from fermented sugarcane - a natural process that removes caffeine while keeping the cup profile intact.
