Almond, hazelnut and caramel first - then milk chocolate, orange, and raspberry. The mouthfeel is creamy and full. There’s a faint whisper of licorice at the end, but it doesn’t overstay. For decaf, it drinks like a coffee that has nothing to apologize for.

This coffee is produced by Flávio Márcio and Marcelo Nogueira, founders of Fazenda Bioma. 

They focus on circular farming: using processing byproducts as fertilizer, planting avocado trees to protect soil health, and preserving over half of their land as natural habitat.

The decaffeination is done using EA derived from fermented sugarcane - a natural process that removes caffeine while keeping the cup profile intact.

 It’s a decaf that doesn’t compromise: full, balanced, and built with the same attention as their regular lots.
