The filter we've been brewing in our cafés since the early days. A natural Ethiopian — classic, recognizable, and the reason many of our customers fell in love with filter coffee.
Raspberry and blueberry up front - bright and a little jammy - then orange, lime, black tea and a finish of milk chocolate and cacao nibs. The body is light and buttery. It cools well, and each sip is a bit cleaner than the last.

MORE INFO
This coffee comes from Nare Ware, who has spent over 20 years refining his 6-hectare farm in Sidamo, now working alongside his son.
Coffee is grown under shade, hand-picked at peak ripeness, and dried on raised beds for up to 25 days. No chemical inputs - just compost, time, and precision.
Nare is part of the Lalisaa Project, which connects smallholder farmers directly to buyers and supports them with training, infrastructure, and more stable pricing.
The result is a coffee that’s clean, expressive, and clearly reflects its origin.
Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day.
